   Johnson, MD. You can find the book at a public library or
   online.
5. Write a paper that includes a title page with your name,
   the course name and number, the assignment title and
   due date.
6. Paper must be 4 to 5 pages in length (excluding title page),
   typed, and double spaced.
7. Include an introductory paragraph describing the content
